Kevin Walters believes in building relationships and continuously learning to stay ahead of potential challenges and disruption. With over 15 years of experience, Kevin recognizes that attracting talent is a continuous process and uses diverse Recruitment Marketing channels to find talent in unexpected places. 

Kevin began his career working for large agencies like Kforce, Matrix, and then moved into the corporate recruiting for large Fortune 500 companies like Home Depot, Microsoft, Equifax, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Manhattan Associates and Commvault Systems. 

In his most recent role, Kevin was the Program Manager for the Global Employee Referral Program and Co-leader of the Corporate Employment Branding initiatives.  He was responsible for architecting, driving strategy, execution, and delivery on a global scale to companies in the UK, Singapore, Australia and the Americas.  One of his greatest accomplishments was his ability to increase the number and quality of Employee Referrals up from 31% to 54% of hires while building awareness and engagement. 

Kevin is a past board member of the Technology Association of Georgia, (TAG); TAG Supply Chain & Logistics and TAG Recruiting Society.  He has and currently presents on topics related to Sourcing, Recruiting, and Employee Referrals. 

Kevin holds a BS degree from Florida State in Political Science. He enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys reading, biking, golfing and weight lifting.
