Kim leads the firm’s client services effort, ensuring that each engagement is managed in a timely and high quality way. Kim partners with our clients and the engagement teams to build a consultative relationship while fostering innovative and transformative outcomes.  

Kim brings over 20 years of expertise in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding and process and program management.  She brings a wide variety of experiences to the TGA team, having been a practitioner as well as a consultant for companies including IBM, H&R Block, and RSM McGladrey.

Prior to joining TGA, Kim worked for IBM in their Talent Management Solutions division where she was responsible for managing teams responsible for implementing a variety of software solutions. She then developed the Talent Management Advisory Services practice focused on providing process optimization consulting services to both external and internal clients. Prior to IBM, Kim led the talent acquisition function for H&R Block, where she was responsible for the hiring of over 2,000 corporate associates and 100,000 seasonal tax professionals annually.  During her tenure there, her optimization efforts resulted in a savings of over $3.5M to the overall business by assisting in the creation of an Operations Center of Excellence, consolidation of legacy applicant tracking systems, implementing new background check provider, executing employment assessments and developing a flexible staffing model.

Kim began her career as a human resources generalist working in a variety of industries including professional services, law, public accounting, retail, financial services and education. She later joined McGladrey &Pullen to build an in-house recruitment model and lead the Kansas City office through a merger of two economic units. 

Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Maryville University of St. Louis, and has been a member of a variety of professional organizations such as Society of Human Resources and Human Capital Institute.  She lives with her family in Kansas City, Missouri.
