Ashley has years of experience in talent acquisition process design, project and program management, and technology implementation and configuration. Among other sweet spots, she's an Avature and iCIMS pro. She skillfully helps companies achieve their hiring goals through the design of robust, scalable and measurable approaches to people, process and technology. Ashley is known for her ability to corral a wide array of stakeholders, often with vastly different priorities, and get them moving in the right direction with a common set of goals.

Ashley has been consulting in the talent space since 2010, after she spent years working as an SAP technology consultant with a series of firms including Capgemini.  During this time, she helped clients design their strategy and process, build out and configure technology to deliver on their desired results, and addressed the process, people and technology aspects of the work. Throughout her career, Ashley has also assisted with vendor selection, change management, implementation, and recruiting process re-engineering.

Ashley holds a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources from Oklahoma State University.
