Claudia is a data-driven strategic talent advisor who leverages workforce analytics to optimize talent acquisition and management strategies, drive distinct business advantages and deliver transformational solutions to enable high performance outcomes.

Prior to joining TGA, Claudia had over fifteen years of progressive experiences leading, designing, and implementing talent programs and strategies to drive strategic business objectives. She served as a strategic advisor and functional leader at Lockheed Martin, and Corporate Executive Board. Prior to those roles, Claudia led Booz Allen Hamilton’s  Federal Human Capital practice where she served agencies such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), General  Service Administration (GSA), Department of Veterans Administration (VA), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Health and Human Services (HHS).

Claudia holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Organizational Counseling, and is a certified Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP).
