Dorothy Sood has nearly 20 years of experience working with senior business leaders and teams in the areas of talent management and development, talent acquisition, marketing and sales. 

Most recently, Dorothy led a team managing and building talent development and pipeline programs for key functions in Coca-Cola’s North America business, including Brand Marketing, General Management, Finance and Supply Chain.  She also ran programs at Coca-Cola Refreshments.  Prior to this, Dorothy worked in Brand Marketing on the Dasani portfolio, leading product and packaging innovation workstreams.  Earlier, Dorothy joined Coca-Cola in 2008 as Executive Recruiting Director, responsible for building the executive search function internally, conducting executive searches in global markets and converting the work to an internal charge-back model.  She successfully completed searches in Nigeria, Mexico, Japan, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Europe, Brazil, China and ASEAN.

Earlier in her career, Dorothy led a corporate talent acquisition function and team, spent time at executive search firms Korn-Ferry and Russell Reynolds, and worked as part of the in-house executive search team at AOL Time Warner during the merger.  She also worked in print media advertising sales. 

Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.  Her hobbies include cooking, reading, history and travel.
