Senior Consultant, Talent Management

Hollly's expertise spans a unique blend of talent and change management, performance management and talent acquisition strategy and process optimization. She provides expertise, thought partnership and organizational effectiveness to each of our clients. 

Prior to joining TGA, Holly spent 18 years working with Fortune 500 companies, developing organizational strategies and overseeing their implementation. Holly began her career at Accenture, working with several big-box retailers in organizational development, talent management, HR process improvement, and change management. Holly then spent eight years with Best Buy, where she helped the company make significant strides in performance and talent management.

During her tenure with Slalom Consulting, Holly was responsible for leading communication, training, and change strategies in the Global HR Services team of The Coca-Cola Company. She also served as Coke's Project Manager for the Global Business Services Team in Latin America. 

Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in both Marketing and Spanish and has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an active PTA chair at her daughters' elementary school.
