Practice Lead, Talent Acquisition

Jason leads our firm’s Talent Acquisition practice, ensuring successful client outcomes with our team of talent, process and analytics professionals. He brings 20 years of talent acquisition experience primarily in large, global and complex consumer product and retail organizations.

Prior to joining TGA, Jason was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for The Coca Cola Company and was the first leader to have accountability for all aspects of recruitment across the global enterprise.  He initially joined the Coca-Cola system to lead talent acquisition for the company's largest bottler (Coca-Cola Enterprises) and then guided the function through the acquisition by and integration with The Coca-Cola Company. Jason lead talent acquisition for the newly created North American business unit before being asking to take on the lead role globally. 

Before joining the Coca-Cola system, Jason spent 8 years working for The Home Depot in a variety of roles in the recruitment organization. In his final role with the company, Jason led the planning and execution of talent acquisition, retention and diversity initiatives for the North American Stores Division with over 120,000 hires annually. 

Jason began his career as a recruiter working for a large, privately held technology search firm and later become a principal at a small, boutique search firm before turning his focus to corporate recruiting.  

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Western Illinois University and resides in Atlanta, GA.
