Senior Consultant

John brings years of executive search and passive candidate sourcing experience to the TGA team and our clients. His experience spans corporate talent acquisition leadership, executive search and talent consulting. John advises our clients on talent acquisition process design, building in-house sourcing capability and creating in-house agency models for the hiring of critical roles.

Prior to his work at Talent Growth Advisors, John led executive search at Cox Enterprises. Before holding that role John ran his own boutique search firm for over 10 years, partnering with venture capital and private equity firms. Private investors and corporate executives alike frequently turn to him as an advisor on critical decisions involving executive selection, organizational structure, talent mapping and succession planning. John’s independence, unique blend of experience, and refreshing, yet respectful candor allow him to provide insight that is often missing from traditional sources, such as human resources departments and management consulting firms.

John earned an MBA with a focus in Economic History from The University of Connecticut. He has completed continuing executive education in Talent Management at Emory University and Georgia State University.
