Eric is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with experience as a recruiter, a recruiting leader, and a talent acquisition operations and technology expert. He has worked across a broad spectrum of industries including professional services, utilities, transportation and technology.
Prior to his consulting work with Talent Growth Advisors, Eric led recruiting teams and TA operations efforts for Southern Company, BT and Randstad SourceRight in addition to a variety of speciality consulting assignments. He has expertise with a variety of recruiting delivery models, including Corporate, RPO and Agency.
Eric has a degree in Business and Operations Management from Georgia Southern and lives with his family in Atlanta. In his spare time, he coaches soccer, assists his daughter in Special Olympics, and plays guitar in a band.
