Steve is unique in that he has deep expertise across the entire talent continuum. His experience lies within talent acquisition as well as within leadership development and talent management. His career encompasses years of experience in a variety of industries varying in size from start-ups to multi-billion dollar global organizations.    

Prior to joining TGA, Steve served as a senior HR leader for two multi-national companies, leading talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and talent acquisition efforts. Earlier in his career, Steve led recruiting, talent acquisition process improvement and transformation efforts for Fortune 500 organizations. He also had his own executive search firm and specialized in the placement of senior leaders across a wide range of industries.

Steve graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and he and his family live in Roswell, Georgia.
