Danny has a true passion for new ways to improve the effectiveness of our clients.  With over 20 years of talent acquisition experience as both a talent acquisition leader and as a consultant, his experience crosses a wide variety of industries including professional services, consumer packed goods, software & data analytics, financial services and manufacturing. Danny brings an exceptional blend of strategy and practical experience to each engagement.

As a Search Consultant with Korn/Ferry International, he was responsible for managing executive level search engagements. Danny was responsible for establishing an in-house executive recruiting function for The Coca-Cola Company. Later, he led talent acquisition for The Coca-Cola Company’s 40-country European business. Danny was also the head of talent acquisition for Serta-Simmons Bedding and The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University. He spends most of his free time with his wife and two daughters.
