Ciarra draws upon her unique background in American Studies, Psychology, Finance and Theology to help organizations deepen their commitment to equity and inclusion and build a high performance, diverse workforce.
She brings experience in DEI assessment, qualitative data analysis, curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and narrative transformation. Prior to joining Talent Growth Advisors, Ciarra worked with OpenSesame, the University of Michigan, Nonprofit Finance Fund, Covenant House California and in Diversity Program Management at UC Berkeley. Ciarra is also a journalist who explores religious inclusion, social justice, and climate change. Her work has been featured in Huffington Post, BBC, Elite Daily, Thebody.com, and Zora Mag.
She received her BA in American Studies from UC Berkeley and her Master of Theological Studies from Harvard University and lives in the Bay Area.
