Kimberly is a talent management professional with experience both as an internal talent leader and an external consultant across a broad spectrum of industries, including corporate and non-profit. Kimberly specializes in talent management, project and program management and leadership development.
Prior to her consulting work with Talent Growth Advisors, Kimberly specialized in executive assessment, leadership development and coaching with leaders at companies such as The Home Depot and GE. Kimberly brings talent expertise, a data-driven approach, project management rigor and an engaging personal style to Talent Growth Advisors’ consulting engagements and our clients.
Kimberly holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, and an M.S. in Counseling from Georgia State University. Kimberly lives in Atlanta with her husband, Steve, and their three sons. She is actively involved in her children’s schools and has held a number of volunteer positions, ranging from serving on Boards to Community Service leadership roles.
