Lauren appreciates the real-world blend of science and practice. Working with clients to increase performance and impact, Lauren's expertise lies in the areas of competency development, selection, performance management, survey design, and leadership development.
In addition to her external talent consulting work, Lauren spent time in the Learning & Development Department at the United Parcel Service working on an enterprise-wide competency modeling project. She also has presented at industry conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.
Lauren holds a BA in Psychology from Emory University and an MS and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She volunteers a significant amount of time consulting for non-profits, including the Board of Jewish Family and Career Services. In her free time, Lauren also enjoys sharing delicious and diverse dining experiences with her daughter and son and documenting those adventures on her blog.
