Sharon continually searches for new ways to improve the effectiveness of our clients. With years of talent management experience as both a practitioner and consulting leader, her experience crosses a wide variety of industries including retail, financial services and technology. She brings a unique blend of wisdom and practical experience to each engagement.
Sharon is a proven organizational change leader with specialities in organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, assessment, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, talent management, organization design and culture change. Prior to her current role, Sharon served in director roles at The Home Depot, leading talent management and change management teams. She also spent six years consulting in the strategy and change practices of both IBM Business Consulting Services and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Rounding out her experience, Sharon gained a process redesign and reengineering background from her employment at First Union National Bank (now Wachovia).
Sharon holds an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BA in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
