Cecilia is often regarded as having a unique combination of signature strengths: conceptual rigor and excellence in execution, coupled with an empathetic, inclusive leadership style.

Prior to consulting, Cecilia spent the majority of her career with Yum! Brands, where she last served as Vice President of Restaurant Excellence, Human Resources, and Training. Cecilia received the Chairman’s Award (the highest recognition given by Yum’s CEO) for her personal leadership in this area, which significantly reduced employee attrition at the restaurant level, boosting customer service and profitability.

Cecilia holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a BA in Humanities and Economics from the University of Calgary, Canada. She resides in the greater St. Louis area and enjoys spending time and traveling extensively with her husband and four children.
