Lauran specializes in developing communications strategies that drive the attraction, selection and retention of high performing, diverse talent. Her sweet spot is rapidly understanding an organization’s cultural voice and translating it into practical and effective communications for a wide variety of audiences.
Before joining TGA, Lauran led Gap Inc.’s Corporate Internal Communication team. In that role, she worked directly with the CEO and the executive team to influence Gap Inc.’s corporate culture through annual goal setting, the design and delivery of the corporate values program, diversity and inclusion efforts, an enterprise-wide employee satisfaction survey and a variety of other strategic initiatives. Throughout her 14 years with Gap Inc., Lauran served in various communications and talent management roles. Lauran also worked as a strategic communications consultant for Apple, Chevron and Clorox.
Lauran earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and is on the board of Arts for Oakland Kids.
