Robbie is a versatile business manager with over 30 years experience in the consumer products industry and non-profits. Robbie spent 25 years at the Coca-Cola Company global headquarters, working primarily in the areas of human resources, business transformation, organization effectiveness, HR process improvement and talent management. Robbie has spearheaded strategic organization transformations and the implementation of HR strategies abroad and in North America.
Robbie’s business experience has equipped her with an excellent ability to influence across organizations and build value-based relationships that enable innovative business solutions.
Robbie’s projects have taken her around the globe which has allowed her to gain multi-cultural acumen. Projects included leading the organizational transformation in support of the planning process in China, developed marketing talent across the globe for one of the best known brands in the world and most recently leading the change practice for a major divestiture.
Robbie holds a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Robbie lives in South Florida with her partner of over 30 years and two dogs, and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle.
