    Kevin Shigley is a seasoned global HR executive and talent consultant with over two decades of experience driving enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, and talent innovation across some of the world’s most recognized organizations. Known for his ability to align people strategies with business objectives, Kevin partners with executive teams to optimize organizational effectiveness, enhance leadership capability, and unlock workforce potential.

    As a consultant, Kevin draws on his deep background leading large-scale talent acquisition, HR service delivery, and digital transformation initiatives. Most recently, he co-led the successful HR integration of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock, creating a unified global HR operation supporting 100,000 employees across 40+ countries. His work has delivered millions in cost savings, modernized HR technology platforms, and elevated analytics for better workforce decisions.

    Previously, Kevin held senior HR leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Invesco, where he built global talent acquisition functions, restructured HR delivery models, and advised C-suite leaders on succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational design. He is especially adept at guiding companies through change, having led talent strategies during major M&A activity, global restructuring, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

    With a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University and a BA in History from the University of Michigan, Kevin brings both legal acumen and historical perspective to his strategic approach. As a consultant, he now helps organizations build high-performance cultures, develop next-generation leaders, and create scalable HR infrastructure to support growth.
