    Kim Van Lue

    Kim Van Lue is a seasoned HR executive, organizational strategist, and executive advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, optimize talent, and improve organizational performance. She brings a unique combination of enterprise HR leadership and consulting expertise, partnering with executive teams to diagnose complex organizational challenges, build leadership capability, and align talent strategies with business objectives.
    Kim brings deep expertise across talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. She works with executive teams to improve leadership capability, strengthen organizational performance, and align talent investments with business priorities. 

    Prior to launching her consulting practice, Kim served as Vice President of Talent Management for HD Supply, an $8.5 billion industrial distribution company, where she led enterprise talent management, talent acquisition, learning and organizational development initiatives. Throughout her career at HD Supply, she held progressive HR leadership roles with responsibility for talent management, organizational development, learning, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and enterprise HR strategy.

    Kim also served as Vice President of Talent, Culture & Inclusion and Head of Human Resources for the Indiana University Foundation, where she led enterprise human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational culture initiatives supporting one of the nation's largest university advancement organizations.

    Kim holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
