Mandy has been supporting clients and customers for years. As a key member of the Talent Growth Advisors team, she does anything and everything, including overall client and staff support, event planning, assessment, and training program oversight.

Beginning with an online shoe retailer, Comfort Feet, Mandy was the primary interface between the vendors and the customers. She also specialized in product development and placement for Astral Brands' television and web-based products, including Pure Minerals and Aloette makeup lines. In her work with International Greetings, Mandy was Sales Assistant to major retailers such as TJX and Barnes and Noble.

Mandy received a BS in Business from the University of Georgia and lives in Atlanta with her husband and identical twin boys.
