Lilly understands the value of connecting talent strategies with people, process and technology and specializes in planning, implementing and evaluating such efforts. She is a TA analytics and metrics expert with a deep background in talent management, talent acquisition and data analysis.

Lilly brings over ten years of HR leadership experience across a variety of industries. Prior to joining TGA, she led People, Culture and Talent Management for Howard Brown Health where she transformed and expanded talent acquisition, performance management and learning and development. She also supported a range of supporting talent initiatives including compensation strategy, workforce planning and compliance. Prior to that role, Lilly worked as a Recruiter, HR Administrator and Account Manager.

Lilly’s ability to build fast and genuine relationships, matched with her deep knowledge of TA and TM, makes her influential and effective in any organization. She holds an MBA from New Mexico Highlands University, a BA from University of New Mexico and a SHRM PMQ Certification.
